Returns & Replacements

Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with any of the books you've purchased, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. All return and replacement requests must be sent to ol-support[@]urmilabooks[.]in within 5 BUSINESS DAYS from the purchase date.

Cancellation & Refund

In case of dissatisfaction from our services, customers have the liberty to cancel their orders and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:
Please send us the cancellation requests to ol-support[@]urmilabooks.in. Cancellation requests must be sent within 2 BUSINESS DAYS from the date of purchase. Requests received later than 2 business days will not be accepted.

Refund will be done by the same method we received the payment in. In exceptions, we may ask you for the account details. If you have received a mail from us confirming your refund request, then rest assured that we have initiated your refund request and are following up with financial organizations for the same
Sometimes financial organizations take a longer time to process the refund request. However, if the refund hasn't happened by the date we promised, you can contact us. We will gladly help you.
